For over two decades (since 1985, it turns out), my sister and I have had a running joke about writing that goes like this: "Foreshadowing--a sign of good, quality literature." It came from a Berke Breathed Bloom County comic, and I'd idly wondered for, well, over two decades if I'd ever be able to find the original comic again.
Last night I finally remembered to look for it, and lo and behold, here it is.

As with most things, the original source isn't as good as what I thought it was, but I'm glad I was finally able to find it. And foreshadowing is still your clue to quality literature. :)
