Can't offer you much advice. I feel like that every day, regardless of the sleep I manage to clock in on any given night. I've taken to having a melatonin pill before bed, which I think helps with the waking up in the middle of the night so many times, but I still yawn my way through the day.
Don't discount naps! I have one almost every day when I get home from work. It's a thing. zzzzzzzzzzz
