Argh, nearly forgot again! Anyway, here are the instructions:
1. Take one fresh Rammstein video (YouTube will do, own copy on computer is probably better quality though). 2. Play video till it reaches neighbourhood of desired frame. 3. Mess about with pause, play and slider until either go nuts or find desired frame. 4. Locate "print screen" button on keyboard (usually somewhere in top righthand corner). Press. 5. Open up favourite painting/drawing or photo-manipulation program (I used Paint - it doesn't have to be anything fancypants) and use ctrl+v to paste the screencap into the program. 6. Use cropping tool to highlight desired area of image, and then crop it. 7. Save to desired location on computer. 8. Upload to internets and pimp to heart's content.
