I remain entirely happy with the fact that I don't own a TV.

I wish fewer of the kids around here watched it so much. I keep wondering if anyone will remember in ten years that it's not normal to have such short attention spans. I know a child of one couple who can't stay still and do anything for more than five minutes at a time.

Without a TV I'd miss time Team ;-)

Not to mention watching two or three different news services offerings to try to piece together a view of reality rather than whatever line Murdock et al are trying to feed me.
