Hee!

It was initially disappointing, I hate to admit. I don't really like quiche, and it turned out to be basically a quiche with apple and onions. It was a good quiche, but not what I had wanted.

However, after it had cooled overnight in the fridge, it tasted much better to me! It made a very nice lunch.
